HOW LONG DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS TAKE?

  • You will receive a response from a property manager to pick up and complete the application. There is a $25 application fee for each person (ages 18 or older) on the application.
  • The application process can take an additional two weeks depending on how quickly you complete your portion of the paperwork and receive your third party verifications (landlord, employer, etc.).
  • We ask that you do not submit your eligibility form any sooner than four months before your desired move in date, as our paperwork expires after 120 days.
DO YOU RUN A CREDIT CHECK?
