Beyond Housing's 2021 Unevent

Due to the rise of the COVID-19 Delta variant and suggested guidelines from local health officials, Beyond Housing felt it most safe to cancel our highly anticipated 2021 Legacy Gala on September 10th. Although we could not gather in-person, our event sponsors and supporters made a different type of fundraiser possible: the 2021 Unevent.

Throughout the week we highlighted several facets of our work through debuting the 24:1 Virtual Tour, encouraging you to visit our economic developments (new and old), posting daily Fund-A-Need Videos, and crescendoed with a Facebook Live hosted by CEO Chris Krehmeyer and soul singer Brian Owens. We celebrated with a toast to our future St. Louis region and pulled the names of our supporters for fun raffle prizes.

If you missed anything during the Unevent week or are interested in the work we do, you can access the videos below.

Our region is only as strong as the communities within it—especially those who have suffered from decades of disinvestment and extreme disparities of opportunity. This is why we are so very grateful to our sponsors for their generosity and standing with us in support of our mission, ultimately making an investment in St. Louis’ future.
