Beyond Housing invites everyone to celebrate the completion of Pine Lawn Manor—a significant new housing development that includes 41 newly constructed single-family homes on Beachwood and Oakwood Avenue in the City of Pine Lawn in North St. Louis County.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony takes place on Thursday, September 12, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 4211 Oakwood in Pine Lawn and will include remarks from local officials, residents, and Beyond Housing as well as an open house at 4211 Oakwood.

The $10.5 million project, created and implemented by Beyond Housing and several area partners, is another major milestone in our long-standing community development and renewal efforts in the 24:1 Community—an area comprised of 24 municipalities within the Normandy school district footprint in North St. Louis County.
Project partners include Missouri Housing Development Commission, St. Louis Equity Fund, Enterprise, EM Harris Construction Company, Art & Architecture Inc., TPI Group LLC, City of Pine Lawn, and many others.
