We’re thrilled to announce that our very own Chris Krehmeyer, President and CEO of Beyond Housing, was awarded an honorary degree from his alma mater, Washington University.

Chris was awarded the honorary Doctor of Humane Letters during the 157th Commencement on May 18th and was in impressive company with four other honorary recipients, including former top State Department official, Anne-Marie Slaughter; Director of the National Genome Research Institute, Eric Green; President and CEO of the United Negro College Fund, Michael Lomax; and former St. Louis Mayor, Francis Slay.

This is a great testament to the wonderful work that everyone here at Beyond Housing is doing in building stronger communities, and we couldn’t be prouder!
