Minimum Gifts of $2,500 or more to Beyond Housing may be eligible to receive Neighborhood Assistance Program Tax Credits through the state of Missouri.
These tax credits can be used to reduce Missouri tax liability for either Missouri businesses or individuals with Missouri business income. Beyond Housing is able to offer these credits at a rate of 50% of your total donation.
Step 1: Determine Eligibility
The following contributors are approved to receive Neighborhood Assistance Program Tax Credits:

Step 2: Make a minimum contribution of $2500 to Beyond Housing to claim Your Neighborhood Assistance Program Tax Credits
Step 3: Receive and Complete Your Neighborhood Assistance Program Tax Credit Application
Once your gift has been received, Deb Dombar will send you a Neighborhood Assistance Program Tax Credit application. You will be required to fill out the application, provide proof of donation and have the application notarized.
Step 4: Return the Completed Application to Beyond Housing
After returning your completed application to Beyond Housing, we will sign off on the application and send it to the Department of Economic Development in Jefferson City for processing. It typically takes 4-6 weeks for applications to be processed at which time you will receive a letter from the Department of Economic Development which includes the information you need to claim your tax credits.
