Beyond Housing’s Hawthorne Society is a group of influential contributors who support the organization with annual contributions of $1,000 or more. The goal is to spread the word about Beyond Housing’s mission, vision, and impact on the 24:1 community and motivate others to support Beyond Housing’s work.

Purchasing items from our wish list is a great way to support these families. For example, our Housing Resource Coordination program provides affordable rental homes to low-income families. Wish list items, like cleaning supplies and household maintenance items, will be used to create welcome home baskets. Our Family Engagement Liaisons program provides each school in the Normandy Schools Collaborative with a staff person who can help students and families navigate much needed resources. Wish list items such as winter coats, backpacks and toiletries will help our staff better serve these students.

NAP tax credits can be used to reduce state tax liability for either businesses located in Missouri or individuals with Missouri business income. Beyond Housing is able to offer these credits at a rate of 50% of your total donation.
Each fall, Beyond Housing holds an annual fundraising event where we can share our mission and enjoy a fun-filled evening with our generous donors. You can become a sponsor of the next Legacy Gala, which takes place on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, at the newly renovated Center of Creative Arts (COCA) in St. Louis.
Beyond Housing is registered with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, Check a Charity Program.
Beyond Housing has been approved by the Department of Economic Development, through the Missouri Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) to offer to tax credits to Missouri businesses or individuals with Missouri business income. The NAP tax credits allow a qualified donor to reduce their Missouri tax liability by 50% of their total contribution. NAP credits will be offered to donors making a gift of $2,500 or more.
