For years, supporters like you have helped create special holiday memories for children and families throughout the 24:1 Community. You have selected wish lists, shopped for gifts, and helped make sure families could experience the joy and dignity of having presents under the tree.

This year, we are building on that tradition.

Holiday Friends will focus more deeply on a smaller group of families who are participating in the new Beyond Housing Academy.

What is the Beyond Housing Academy?

The Beyond Housing Academy is a three-year curriculum and personalized support experience focused on advancing economic mobility. Through practical learning and coaching, participating families identify priorities, develop individual plans, build knowledge and skills, and connect with resources and opportunities that can help them move forward.

By focusing Holiday Friends on Academy families, Beyond Housing can connect the joy of the season with the work each family is already doing toward its future.

Ways to Participate

Through the new Holiday Friends, donors will be able to provide gifts that bring joy to children and their families, as well as meaningful support to help each family’s journey.

Give holiday joy
Make the season special for an entire family. Choose a family size that feels right for you, and we’ll match you with an Academy family and their holiday wish lists.

Help beyond the gifts
Provide grocery gift cards or contribute to the Academy Family Stability Fund to help with approved emergency needs that could interrupt a family’s progress throughout the year.

Stay involved by choice
Opt in to family-approved updates and future giving opportunities coordinated by Beyond Housing. Participation after the holidays is entirely optional.
