Beyond Housing and the 24:1 Community Land Trust recently hosted “Pagefest” to highlight the many new businesses and services Pagedale now offers. More than 400 area residents enjoyed an exotic animal petting zoo, police and fire truck tours, child safety fingerprinting, and many other activities sponsored by local businesses, including the 24:1 Cinema, St. Louis Community Credit Union, RedDough Money Center, and Midwest Bank Centre.
